Sports & Activity Leader (School Term Time)
Boom Sports delivers fun, active, and learning-based services for children aged 4 -11. These include wraparound care and sports clubs. We are passionate about giving every child an opportunity to play, learn and socialise through sports and other recreational activities.
We are seeking a Sports & Activity Coach to work within our primary school settings. This role requires an individual who is confident, active, and versatile with the ability to engage young people. The role can involve leading sports, active games and indoor activities (arts & crafts, group games, lego, word games, number games, etc) to children aged 4-11. We have sites across West London.
Hours we are hiring for:
- 7:20-8:50am – Monday to Friday (Breakfast Club – Both indoor and outdoor themed activities daily)
- 11:45am-1:15pm – Monday to Friday (Sport Specific Clubs – Varied sports across the week)
- 3:00-6:00pm – Monday to Friday (After School Care – Both indoor and outdoor themed activities daily)
- Additional hours available: There will also be an option to work the additional hours at one of our holiday camps (Hammersmith or Perivale) during the school holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children aged 4-11 (1 year minimum).
- L1 Sports Coaching or Childcare qualification.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to undergo checks).
- First aid trained.
- Child safeguarding trained.
- Live within a 30-minute travel distance from the site.

Site Coordinator (School Term Time)
We are seeking an experienced childcare professional to join our team as a Site Coordinator. The role involves preparing snacks, completing registers, dismissals, communicating with parents, logging accidents/incidents, assisting with indoor activities (arts & crafts, group games, Lego, word games, number games and more), sports and active games.
You must also be an individual who is confident and have the ability to communicate effectively with both parents, fellow staff members and children.
Hours we are hiring for:
- 3:00-6:00pm – Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Experience working with children.
- Childcare related qualification.
- Live within 30 minutes of the site.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or existing certificate).
- Willingness to undergo Food Hygiene Level 2 training (or existing certificate).
- Willingness to undergo Pediatric First Aid training (or existing certificate).
